Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after they ship, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your label is created.
How do I track my package?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help.
What if my package is delayed or marked delivered but missing?
Check around your delivery location and with building staff/neighbors first. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO?
Availability depends on the carrier options shown at checkout. If you don’t see a method that works, contact us before ordering.

Returns & refunds
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for return help. For food/supplement safety, opened items may not be eligible for return—if there’s an issue with quality or damage, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with next steps and, if eligible, a return authorization.
What items are eligible?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging are generally eligible. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us and include photos so we can help quickly.
Are return shipping costs covered?
If we made a mistake (wrong item) or your order arrived damaged/defective, we’ll cover return shipping or send a replacement. Otherwise, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
