1) Fill your bottle
Start with cold or room-temperature bottle of water in a standard bottle or other reusable container of your choice with a tight seal to prevent leaks. Ensure there is enough room for at least 2 Dissolvapak sticks.
2) Insert the stick pack
Slide the Dissolvapak into the bottle neck. Shake vigorously for 10 – 20 seconds. For best results allow the protein to dissolve for 1 minute and repeat the shake process for 10-20 seconds so it stays in place while you drink.
3) Ready to drink
Upon shaking the pack and protein dissolves smoothly—no mess and no waste.
