What is Dissolvapak?
Dissolvapak is a dissolving stick pack designed to fit in the neck of a standard water bottle, so the contents mix quickly with no mess, less shaking, and no waste.
Is the film plastic?
No, the film is Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA or PVOH). PVA is a synthetic, water‑soluble, biodegradable polymer widely used in the food and pharmaceutical industries. see our What is the film page for details.

How do I use it?
Fill your bottle with water, insert a stick or two into the bottle neck, shake, and drink. For best results, take a few sips first to create space. Insert the sticks and shake for 10-20 seconds. Allow the protein to dissolve for 1 minute and shake again for 10-20 seconds. Gently swirl between sips to keep the protein from settling on the bottom.
Will it fit my water bottle?
Dissolvapak is designed for most standard single-use and reusable bottles with a typical narrow neck.
How much protein is in each stick?

What ingredients are used?

Does it clump?
It’s designed to dissolve smoothly, but settling can happen if the water is very cold or the bottle is overfilled. Leave a little headspace and swirl gently to prevent the protein from settling on the bottom.
